Ganley left school at 16 to become an electrician and then went on to work as an installation engineer, fitting gas, fuel and water mains. From there he made his move into heat transfer systems and worked for Babcock Wanson for over seven years.

“I see my role at Global Heat Transfer as a problem-solver,” enthused Ganley. “I’ve always thrived on the thrill of a challenge; it’s what has driven my career thus far and what continues to motivate me today.

“I’m very proud and lucky to be working for such an innovative and hands-on company like Global Heat Transfer, where I’m constantly faced with new challenges while drawing on extensive experience in the field. Seeing a project through from start to finish and using my know-how and skills to solve problems are the two most rewarding things about my new role.”
